• Initial look at people skills:
  • Communicating with others;
  • How to ask questions and learn to probe;
  • Listening to two sides of the story;
  • Being the middle man between management & the staff;
  • What makes people tick;
  • Aggressive v assertive v passive behaviours;
  • How to correct / reprimand.

• Organisational Skills:
  • Managing time;
  • Delegating;
  • How to lead a meeting.

• Learn how to train on a 1-2-1 basis:
  • How to teach others your skills in a planned and coherent manner;
  • The 'sit by Nelly' technique correctly.
