Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme

 - Training excellence and flexibility deliver real results

= Adding value through our people, our programmes and support

Pera builds on its 40 years’ of experience as a leading national training provider to design and deliver a range of apprenticeship programmes.

Our apprenticeships make the most of the fact that we are more than a training company. We are also a leading business support and innovation organisation, and this means we have a clear understanding of how to connect training with business and technological advantage in the real world.

We are the only company in the UK who include training in lean principles on all our apprenticeship programmes. This helps businesses streamline processes, save money and reduce waste and individuals know how to use increasingly important business efficiency tools and techniques.

Our core Apprenticeship programmes are Lean Business Administration, Business Improvement Techniques, Customer Service and Retail

In addition to the above, we work with large and small organisations in the private and public sector, to develop Apprenticeship programmes that deliver against their skills needs.

Our trainers and assessors all have hands-on experience of your sector and understand the challenges your business may face and the skills and knowledge needed to help you rise to them.

We work closely with each employer and employee to tailor our training, selecting the units most relevant to the learner’s role and the company’s needs. This flexibility extends to how we deliver your training: in your workplace at a time that suits you.

We can work with companies who are looking to employ a new apprentice to find and recruit the best candidate. Where an existing employee is to benefit from an apprenticeship we work with them and their employer to develop the right skills.

Apprenticeship programmes are available for people of all ages from 16+ and can be funded up to 100%.

For more information or to arrange a meeting for us to come out and discuss your requirements, please contact Amanda Kerr on 01664 501 527 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
