Access to Finance 

A 4 day Leadership & Management course aimed at growth

The course content will be tailored to meet the needs of the select group but is likely to include;

 - Identifying appropriate market sectors

 - Identifying “needs” in each sector

 - Communication strategy with each sector (including selling techniques)

 - Development of strategy to grow the business (marketing planning)

 - Development of marketing and sales strategy for agreed sectors

 - Measurement and control of agreed strategy

At the end of the programme you will have a Growth Strategy for your business

50% Funding is available and to be eligible you need to employ at least one other person and have ambition and plans to grow your business. The person receiving the training must be a decision maker/influencer and you cannot have received a similar grant in the last 12 months.

The programme will run over 4 x one day courses in Warrington which will be held late Feb / early March 2012 (to be confirmed) and places will be strictly on first come, first served basis.

The cost will be £2,000 + VAT, but you get £1,000 + VAT back once the training has started.  This means that (with the grant) each training day will only cost you £250 which includes all the training notes, refreshments and lunch.

If you have other people in your organisation that might be interested then they can be added at an additional cost of £500 (unfortunately there is no extra support funding for additional places).

From 9-16 March Liverpool will host the 2012 Global Entrepreneurship Congress - the world's leading gathering of entrepreneurs and a showcase of the best minds in business.
